INTRODUCTION

The Marsella note is by far the most known in our lineal usual shopping; this essence is used polyvalentely in almost all the applications of the textile detergency ( softeners, liquid detergents, powder detergents, stain removers,...).

However, the application that represents by far this Marsella concept is the “Softener”. Already in the old days the Marsella Soap was used by people with the most sensible skins, that's for, it is essential that the fragrance of marsella to be delicate, persistent, fresh and that transmits to the clothes softness and creamosity and definitely a very nice smell.

The consumers are worried day by day more for a better hygienic cleanness in clothes.

For that in Carinsa we have created a series of fragrances evocative of the best home tradition, and that gives to the clothes an extraordinary softeness and a very longlasting perfume.

FORMULATION

a) FORMULATION CONCENTRATED SOFTENER

The 10 gr/KGs dose serves illustrative purposes and it may be modified if required by the manufacturer.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

CONCENTRATED SOFTENER

1. Add the Paymix on water at 40 ªC under agitation.

2. Add the calcium clorure

3. Always under agitation add the fragrance, the colourant and the formol.

4. Leave under agitation for about 15 minutes approximately.

DILUTED/NORMAL SOFTENER

1. Add the Paymix on water at 40 ªC under agitation.

2. Always under agitation add the fragrance, the colourant and the formol.

3. Leave under agitation for about 15 minutes approximately.

PRESENTATION OF THE FRAGRANCES AND MIXES

Presented in steel drums covered with epoxii of 100, 200 KGs and 1000 KGs container.

Minimum orders:

• 100 KGs for fragrances.

• 1000 KGs for mixes.

Samples: samples for trials can be supplied and retouching until reach the desired quality/price.

Important remarks:

The mixes can be supplied with or without colouring and fragrances, depending on the clients' requirements. Fragrance and colour can also be revised to obtain exclusive products

Machinery Suppliers, Wrapping and Additives

For the manufacturing of floor cleaners, we need:

•  Stainless steel tanks equipped with mechanical stirring.

• A bottler (depending on desired production).

The cleansing effectiveness of these formulations has been tested and compared with other market products allowing us to provide you with research results obtained from tested samples or new references.
