INTRODUCTION

Taking into account that softeners are increasingly getting a specific weight in the total amount of litres of softener sold, this indicates a clear trend to move less product quantity in return for a higher invoicing.

The main event of last year, besides from the small growth in the sector, was the definite consolidation of concentrated softeners as the main category of the product. Concentrated softeners have been gaining ground to diluted softeners year by year. Last year this proportion was at 56% and 44% in favor of concentrated softeners. This meant a growth of a 9,2% of concentrated softeners with respect to diluted softeners.

Generally, this sector is little dynamic and the common way to renew the sector is through fragrances. Therefore, it is important to emphasize the latest trends:

-Fruit notes (peach, kiwi, apple, tropical, mango-citric notes…)

-Traditional notes (blue-floral), with a new concept of EASY IRONING and blue marine notes (oceanic).

-Specifically floral notes (rose petals, lavender, and orange blossom…)

-Other notes such as: green tea, vanilla, and tangerine…)

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

CONCENTRATED SOFTENER

  1. Add the Paymix on water at 40 ªC under agitation.

  2. Add the calcium clorure

  3. Always under agitation add the fragrance, the colourant and the formol.

  4. Leave under agitation for about 15 minutes approximately.

DILUTED/NORMAL SOFTENER

  1. Add the Paymix on water at 40 ªC under agitation.

  2. Always under agitation add the fragrance, the colourant and the formol.

  3. Leave under agitation for about 15 minutes approximately.

LABELING

This concentrated softener contains among others:

PRESENTATION OF THE FRAGRANCES AND MIXES

Presented in steel drums covered with epoxii of 100, 200 KGs and 1000 KGs container.

Minimum orders:

  • 100 KGs for fragrances.

  • 1000 KGs for mixes.

Samples: samples for trials can be supplied and retouching until reach the desired quality/price.

Important remarks:

The mixes can be supplied with or without colouring and fragrances, depending on the clients' requirements. Fragrance and colour can also be revised to obtain exclusive products

Machinery Suppliers, Wrapping and Additives

For the manufacturing of floor cleaners, we need:

  •  Stainless steel tanks equipped with mechanical stirring.

  • A bottler (depending on desired production).

The cleansing effectiveness of these formulations has been tested and compared with other market products allowing us to provide you with research results obtained from tested samples or new references.
